A 14-day challenge for all levels. Each day features a 15-minute video-guided flow to build strength, mobility, and core stability. Join the community, stay motivated, and see real progress in just two weeks! Finish all 14 videos in the 14 days and you will be entered into the draw for a $50 gift card to Sun Harvest Greenhouses. The challenge is all online and can be done at home. All you need is the internet and a device (phone, tablet, or computer) to play the videos.
