Get on your mat everyday for 14 days. In person (7 classes a week) or at home with our video library (access on website or in app) or a combination of both. It can be as little as 10 minutes a day or more if you have time. You can have two double days. If you absolutely can't make it to your mat, you can double up on another day. You can do this twice in the 14 days. Non of this works for you no problem You can create your own 14 day challenge that is attainable for you. Maybe a goal of every other day or 20 dolphin pushups everyday. Join us and challenge yourself to move more.
