"I have had the pleasure of attending Amanda's Yoga classes for almost a year. Amanda's gentle approach to her practice has inspired me to continue with my own practice. She gives caring attention on an individual basis when needed. I often apply what I learn from Amanda to my daily life. It helps me to manage stress and have a better feeling of overall wellness. Her classes are scheduled at times and locations that try to accommodate her clients. She kindly offers make up session for classes that I miss. I always get good value for my money.
